Why did I create this?

Being a designer is not a one-size-fits-all activity. Each individual designer applies a unique combination of skills in their work.

Supporting and encouraging the growth of different types of designers helps you create a robust, unique and flexible team, which can lead to a successful career path for the designers.

This is what I try to do with every design team I work with.
